What Pettome Flow knows about you

Pettome Flow lays out your panels and wires them into working strings. That work happens on your device — and so does the data behind it. This policy explains exactly what is stored, where it lives, and what leaves your phone.

The one-sentence summary: Pettome Flow has no accounts, no analytics SDK, no advertising, and no server that stores your panels or strings — every layout you build stays in the app's private storage on your own device until you choose to export or delete it.

01

The short version

Accounts

None. You never sign up, sign in, or give us a name.

Analytics

No third-party analytics or attribution SDKs are bundled.

Ads

No advertising and no ad identifiers are read.

Servers

Your panels and strings are never uploaded to us.

02

What we collect

Pettome Flow Team collects no personal information through the app. There is no registration, no profile, no contact sync, and no background telemetry beam.

The only time we receive information from you is when you start the conversation — for example, emailing hello@example.com for support. In that case we receive whatever you put in the message: your email address, your description of the problem, and any screenshots or exported files you attach.

On-device storage

Everything you build — panel positions, sizes, labels, the strings you route between them, and the settings that shape the canvas — is written to the app's private sandbox on your device. Other apps cannot read it. We cannot read it.

If you have your device's own backup or file-sync service enabled (for example iCloud or a system backup), your operating system may include the app's files in that backup. That transfer is governed by your OS vendor's privacy policy, not ours, and we have no access to the resulting backup.

Deleting the app removes its on-device data. If you want to keep a copy of a layout, export it before uninstalling.

04

Permissions

Pettome Flow asks for as little as possible, and only at the moment a feature needs it:

  • Photos / Files — only when you import an image into a panel or save an export. We read the file you pick and nothing else; no library scan takes place.
  • Network — the app functions fully offline. Any network use is limited to loading system-provided resources or opening a link you tap.

We do not request location, contacts, microphone, camera, health data, calendar, or the advertising identifier. You can revoke any granted permission in your device settings; the affected feature simply stops until it is granted again.

05

Sharing and export

Sharing is always something you trigger. When you export a layout or send a string configuration to another app, your device's standard share sheet hands the file to the destination you pick — a messaging app, a cloud drive, an email client. From that point the receiving service's own policy applies.

We do not sell, rent, or trade any information, because we do not hold any to trade.

06

Third parties

The app ships without third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking libraries. It uses only the frameworks provided by your operating system.

The app store you downloaded from (for example the Apple App Store) collects its own purchase and download information under its own policy. We may see aggregate, anonymous sales and crash statistics in that store's dashboard — numbers and trends, never individuals.

07

Children

Pettome Flow is a general-audience productivity tool and is not directed at children under 13. Since we collect no personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect it from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, write to hello@example.com and we will delete it.

08

Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, port, and erase your personal data. Because your content never reaches us, you exercise most of these rights directly:

Access & portability

Open or export your layouts from inside the app at any time.

Erasure

Delete individual layouts, or uninstall the app to remove all of it.

Correction

Edit any panel or string yourself — we hold no copy to correct.

Objection

There is no profiling, automated decision-making, or ad targeting to object to.

For the one category we do hold — support correspondence — email hello@example.com and ask us to send you a copy or delete the thread. We respond within 30 days.

09

Security

Your data is protected by your device's own security model: app sandboxing, and full-disk encryption when you have a passcode or biometric lock set. We strongly recommend keeping a device lock enabled, since anyone holding an unlocked phone can open your layouts.

Support email is retained only as long as needed to resolve your issue and keep a short record of the fix, then deleted.

10

Changes to this policy

If a future version of Pettome Flow adds a feature that changes how data is handled — for instance optional cloud sync — we will update this page and revise the effective date before that feature ships. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
